Key Responsibilities:

Create, modify, and manage PNRs using Amadeus.

Handle international flight bookings, re-issuances, cancellations, and refunds.

Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and quality guidelines.

Work in night shifts and handle time-sensitive travel requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory knowledge of Amadeus (GDS).

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

Strong customer service orientation with attention to detail.

Ability to work comfortably in night shifts.

Experience: 0 - 4 years in a travel domain.

Freshers with Amadeus knowledge and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
