- Listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner
- Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery
