A Process Trainer in a BPO setting is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in specific processes, ensuring they meet performance standards and contribute to overall business goals.

The key responsibility in this role is on boarding the new people to the sales development role. This includes intensive three weeks of training and the topics covered would be around product, process, culture, cadence and so on. 70% of the time is spent in mock calls and feedback sessions.
