- International BPO (Voice) training experience mandatory
- Conduct process training & soft skills training in International BPO.
- Design, develop, and update training materials.
- Deliver refresher training sessions for existing employees to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance metrics for all training sessions.
Key Skills:
- Proven 1-3 years experience as a trainer in International BPO.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Candidate Must Have Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Power Point etc.
