About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tech Sales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and solutions such as domains, web hosting, email solutions, , and website builders to international customers.

If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs in the digital space, this is the right opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential international customers via inbound and outbound chats, or emails.

Promote and sell products and services including:

Domain name registrations

Web hosting packages

Email & productivity solutions

Website builders & related tools

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to establish and grow their online presence.

Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.

Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Educate customers on product benefits, features, and pricing.Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM tools.

Stay updated on products, offers, and competitor landscape.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of sales experience (mandatory).

Experience in international sales process preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational offs.

Tech-savvy and eager to learn about web and hosting products.
