About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic Technical International Blended Process Associates to join our dynamic team! If you possess excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with us. This role primarily involves supporting customers through a blended channel of voice and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional technical support to international customers via chat and voice.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Compensation:

• CTC: Up to 3 LPA to 3.8 LPA
• Take-Home Salary: 22,000 INR to 27,000 INR

Requirements:

• Technical Experience: Mandatory 6+ months of technical experience in international voice/chat support.
• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate candidates are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills (written & verbal) are essential.
• Language: Willingness to handle English/Hindi calls as needed.
