Suitable candidates should have the expertise to perform ticket issuance , re issuance , cancellation, refunds , customer support via chat or call and resolve all client issues with exceptional customer service skills. Good knowledge of GDS like Amadeus , Sabre , Worldspan,Pegasus will be expected from all candidates.

• Willing to work in 24x7 shifts and should be of travel background.

• Minimum 1 year experience is required in travel trade.
