Job Title: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree 

Proven experience in Bulk Hiring.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with Job Portal and HR software is a plus.

Require - Minumum 6 montha to More experience (CONSULTANCY Experience will work)
