Job Responsibilities

• IATA related service. Operate GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus and Others online ticketing system) to issue domestic, international and offline tickets.

• Coordinating and resolving issues like ticket re-route, re- schedule, re- issue, refund etc.

• Handling incoming customer calls for client's business.

• Excellent at dealing with clients over phone and providing necessary information to ensure customer satisfaction around the clock.

• Listen and understand customer query and provide quick support on the required topic.

• Have updated knowledge about airline rules & policies.

• Have destination knowledge about foreign countries

• Be polite, active & responsible with your duties

Educational Requirements

• 12th pass ,under graduate ,Graduate ,Diploma in Travel can Apply with minimum 1 year or + experience in Travel on GDS software tools

• The applicants should have At least 1 year(s) experience

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

• Airlines, IATA, Reservation/ Ticketing, Tour Operator, Travel Agency, Travel Consultant

• Training/Trade Course: GDS

Experience Requirements -

• Experience: At least 1 year to 1+years of experince in (GDS Resource)Travel Consultant

• Applicant should have run a Travel Agency Independently.

Additional Requirements

• Air Ticketing, Tour and Travel Agency, Amadeus, Galileo, GDS, GDS SYSTEM, Sabre

• IATA aggregated travel agency.

• Candidate should be able to handle and have working efficient periemce and knowledge to use Global Distribution System (GDS) while ticketing and reservation i.e. Use of AMADEUS, GALILEO and SABRE brand software.

Note: (Any Grad / U.G / 12th) ( 1 Year or more experience (SABRE & AMADEUS GDS) - Need excellent communication skills)

No fees, no charges for the services.

15 days accomodations / one way flight tight who all are to relocate

Package - Negotiable - 5 days working, both ways cabs, rotational shift and rotational off.
