About The Role:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to maintain our local network

infrastructure and manage the upkeep of laptops, desktops, and servers, ensuring

everything runs smoothly and securely. You will play a key role in keeping systems

updated, secure, and aligned with business goals, while also controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the existing infrastructure services in the local laptop maintenance and

updates.

Monitoring the infrastructure for both availability and performance, cost

improvements.

Operational team Support of laptops and systems to make sure no issues in their

works.

Ensure all infrastructures meet high performance and capacity to work in speedy

manner.

Managing the Office 365, Share Point, One Drive, Network Drives, Shared

Policies, etc.

Managing the AAD Identity Management, Access Control and Configuration and

monitoring.

Maintain inventory of local infrastructure including the laptops, servers and

printers, etc.,

Key Skills:

Infrastructure Management: Experience with maintaining small to medium-scale

infrastructure, focusing on laptops, servers, and networks.

System Inventory: Maintain a detailed inventory of local hardware and software.

Vendor Management: Handle billing with external vendors or partners.

Minimum of 2 to 3 years in IT local infrastructure, laptops and servers.
