• Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, order status, billing questions, and general support
• Listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate information and assistance in a professional manner
• Effectively address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service delivery
