Job Overview

The Bengali Language Specialist (NATIVE) role at Sana Search International is a full-time, remote position designed for junior candidates. Work experience can range from entry level (0 years) to 12 years. Open to candidates located in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Mohali, Kolkata, Guwahati, and Imphal. The successful applicant will leverage their native expertise in Bengali language to support interpretation, translation, and linguistic tasks as part of a dynamic recruiting team.

Qualifications and Skills

BENGALI NATIVE SPEAKER (Mandatory skill) – Applicants must be a native Bengali speaker and display in-depth understanding of local nuances and dialects.

BENGALI (Mandatory skill) – Extensive proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Bengali is essential for day-to-day responsibilities.

BENGALI LINGUISTIC (Mandatory skill) – Expert knowledge of Bengali grammar, syntactic structure, and vocabulary required for high-quality translation and interpretation.

BENGALI LANGAUGE SPEAKER – Ability to fluently express complex ideas in Bengali while engaging in verbal and written communications.

FLUENT BENGALI PEAKER – Demonstrated fluency in verbal communication, ensuring seamless conversations and accurate messaging.

BENGALI INTERPRETER – Experience in interpreting spoken Bengali to and from other languages, facilitating multilingual discussions for clients or teams.

BENGALI TRANSLATOR – Capability to precisely translate documents, messages, and content from English to Bengali and vice versa, maintaining contextual integrity.

Bengali Language Fluency – High degree of fluency to handle business, technical, and casual communications with clients and colleagues.

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide expert translation and interpretation services to support diverse client and internal requirements.

Ensure the high quality and accuracy of Bengali linguistic output in all written and verbal communications.

Assist project teams by translating business documents, technical content, and communications as required.

Participate in meetings, calls, and interviews, interpreting conversations to or from Bengali as needed.

Review, edit, and proofread translated materials to ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness.

Collaborate with recruiters and HR teams to bridge communication with Bengali-speaking candidates and clients.

Support in creating, adapting, and localizing content for Bengali language audiences.

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards in all linguistic and recruitment operations.
