Captive Unit & Corporate Bpo - Hiring for Amadeus / Sabre (Manual Amadeus / Sabre) EXP

Note: (Any Grad / U.G / 12th) ( 1 Year or more experience (SABRE & AMADEUS GDS) - Need excellent communication skills

5 days working, both ways cabs, rotational shift and rotational off.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer queries via phone, email.
• Resolve issues promptly with empathy & accuracy
• Book travel arrangements using Amadeus GDS
• Process flight reservations & cancellations
• Excellent English
• One day selection

3- Versant / Amcat round( All Virtual Rounds)
