Key Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Contribute to the development of the company's customer experience strategy.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree /12th Pass || Drop out || Fresher 

• or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Familiarity with BPO, Domestic BPO, Domestic Calling, Advantage, Medicare, Insurance, Health Insurance, Customer Service, Service Quality, Customer Support, Voice Process, Chat Process is required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using technology tools such as CRM systems and ticketing platforms.
• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Should be comfortable with Night Shift
• Comfortable with 5 days of Working
• verbal communication skills.
• Looking for Immediate Joiners.
