Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation:
• Setting up and operating digital printing presses, including large format printers, according to job specifications. 
• File Preparation:
• Preparing digital files for print, ensuring they are optimized for the specific printer and substrate. 
• Quality Control:
• Monitoring print jobs for accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality, making adjustments as needed. 
• Maintenance:
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance. 
• Workflow Management:
• Managing the flow of print jobs, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely completion. 
• Material Management:
• Managing the inventory of printing supplies and materials, ensuring sufficient stock for production. 
• Collaboration:
• Working with prepress, finishing, and other teams to ensure smooth production and meet customer expectations. 
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the printing process. 
• Record Keeping:
• Maintaining accurate records of production, including job specifications, materials used, and any issues encountered. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in operating digital printing equipment, RIP software, and file preparation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). 
• Attention to Detail:
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards and detect errors or inconsistencies in print jobs.
