Job Title: Call Center Team Leader ( 7-8 years experience )
Job Location: Mumbai - Andheri East
CTC - Upto 6.00 Lakhs
Key Roles & Responsibilities - Leading & managing a team of partner success managers.
- Identify & recruit a team of call center executives focused on partner hiring & onboarding.
- Train , motivate & handhold partner success teams on a daily basis & help them achieve their daily targets.
- Own up & be responsible for monthly partner recruitment & activation targets & report regular updates to key stakeholders & managers.
- Understand from the partner success team the key pain points of partners from time to time & troubleshoot them with help of respective solutions.
- Oversee timely marketing support & payouts to all partners.
- Analyze the impact of various partner interventions & report to stakeholders with insights , data & recommendations.
Strong stakeholder management skills , ability to work with cross functional teams & strong project management acumen is a quality the candidate must possess.
