Job Responsibilities are not limited to but as below:


  • Act as the primary contact for all internal IT support requests which includes Service Desk and IT Infrastructure support skill set.
  • Responsible for solving issues, driving enhancements, and improving support for all IT-related functions on a day-to-day basis.
  • Ability to deliver outstanding customer service and provide simplified explanations of complex technical issues. 
  • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and stay focused while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Provides hardware, software, G-suite, and account Service Desk support and technical education to end users on computers, network devices, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Onboarding administration.
  • Prepares new hire hardware for deployment.
  • Educate new hires on new software and technology-related procedures to secure a swift onboarding process.
  • Offboarding exit employees, data archive, asset recovery.
  • Managing on-site activities such as installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks.
  • Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization and follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols.
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Must be fluent in both the local language and English.

Requirements:


  • Prior experience as a Field Service Technician or residential systems engineer.
  • Experience with troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing technical equipment.
  • Experience with remote applications and mobile tools.
  • Strong communication skills with English literacy.
  • Proven Field Service experience or residential systems engineer.
  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.

Familiarity with Jamf, Google Workspace, ticketing tool, etc.
