Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level SR Marketing Executive to join our team in Surat on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both digital and offline marketing strategies, with a focus on driving growth and brand visibility. The role requires expertise in data-driven marketing, social media, content marketing, and market research. You will be responsible for crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing plans in alignment with Sakhiya Skin Clinic's mission and vision.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in creating and executing data-driven marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Strong expertise in developing effective social media strategies to enhance the clinic’s online presence and interact with a broader audience.
- Proficiency in content marketing, including creating and promoting engaging content that resonates with target audiences and supports brand messaging.
- In-depth experience in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, competition, and customer needs for strategic planning.
- Excellent offline marketing skills to plan and implement local advertising, events, and partnerships to boost clinic footfall and visibility.
- Strong analytical skills for monitoring the performance of marketing efforts and campaigns, followed by data interpretation and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and optimize results.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the management to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms and campaigns to drive engagement, increase followers, and promote brand awareness.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and distribute compelling content across online and offline channels to enhance brand presence and engage the target audience.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns using analytics and feedback tools, and report on campaigns' performance and effectiveness.
- Plan and coordinate local marketing activities, including events, partnerships, and in-clinic promotions to drive walk-ins and referrals.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure brand consistency and communicate marketing strategies and plans.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and advancements to ensure the clinic remains competitive and at the forefront of the industry.
