• To Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund of Airline Tickets on GDS.
• Candidate must have ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing
• Should have understanding of B2B Market
• To provide excellent support to agents and sales team for queries related to Fare, ticketing, Fare rules, cancellations rule etc.
• To ensure that there should not be any error while issuing/Reissuing/Cancelling/refunding of the tickets.
