Job Description


1. Builds key customer relationships.

2. Attending virtual sales meetings.

3. Responding to client’s queries via email or calls.

4. Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.

5. Negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

6. Call on clients , often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients future needs.

7. Answering any technical questions, the client might have

Presenting your findings to the technical team & project manager to act on, after confirmation from the Project manager convey the outcome to the client

8. Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.

9. Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers.

10. Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
