Position Title: Civil Site Supervisor

Location: Bhubaneswar

Department: Construction / Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise Site Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities at the construction site, ensuring that work is progressing according to the project plan and timeline. Supervise and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel on-site. Coordinate construction schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and legal requirements. Conduct daily safety inspections and site audits to maintain a safe working environment. Enforce safety protocols, ensuring proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

3. Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all construction activities meet quality standards and project specifications. Inspect materials and work processes to ensure they adhere to quality and regulatory standards. Report and rectify any quality issues or non-compliance.

4. Coordination and Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow. Address and resolve any on-site issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

5. Resource Management: Manage and track the usage of materials, equipment, and labor on-site. Ensure that the site is properly stocked with necessary resources and materials to prevent delays. Assist in managing project budgets and report any variances.

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or construction management, preferably in civil or infrastructure projects.
