Role : Pega Architect, Developer, Tester

Exp : 3 To 15 Years

Pega Data Architect / Pega Tech Architect (GCM6)

1. LSA with 12-15 years of Pega experience, with 4-5 years as lead architect experience (preferably in Insurance domain will be an added advantage)
2. Certified LSA or high end CSSA (with LSA Readyness, Decisioning Certification) with proven Pega Lead Architect experience
3. Should be able to understand and interpret enterprise architecture and target operating models
4. Should be able to work as SMEs for large transformation programs having multiple Pega and non Pega teams and coordinate/guide them for implementations.
5. Need to interact with enterprise architects and supplement Pega architecture and design.
6. Implementation knowledge on Pega CRM (Customer service, Pega marketing)
7. Should be well versed with Pega Customer decision hub (CDH), conversational UIs and API Integration (SOAP, REST, JMS)
8. Should be able to design and handle complex event processing
9. Should be able to define Pega layered application and enterprise class structure for reusability and extension
10. Should have handled IVR and channel integration
11. Should be able to define clear guidelines and best practices for Pega module leads.
12. Should also have holistic understanding of enterprise architecture (connecting to different upstream and downstream systems)
13. Preference will be given to those having experience of Pega infinity platform 8.x  
14. Pega Data Architect should be to
15. Able to define data model for Pega considering entire ecosystem of enterprise architecture
16. design data migration strategy, templates, processes & data model.
17. Should be able to define data ownership matrix between the systems
18. Need to interact with enterprise data architects and supplement Pega architecture and design for data model.

Lead Business Architect – Pega (GCM6)

1. Certified Pega Business Architect with 12-15 years of Pega experience, with 4-5 years as lead business architect experience (preferably in Insurance domain will be an added advantage)
2. Consultative and collaborative team focus with abilities such as strong listening, oral and written communication skills required
3. Experience leading the collaboration of business and IT to evaluate business goals, identify business problems and propose solutions
4. Should be certified in Pega decisioning, marketing and customer service
5. Should be able define and design next best action, offer as services
6. Should be able to understand and interpret enterprise architecture and target operating models
7. Should be able to define data ownership matrix between the systems
8. Need to interact with enterprise data architects and supplement Pega architecture and design for data model.
9. Good working experience in Pega Agile methodologies.
10. Experience in capturing requirements in Pega using DCO tool.
11. Experience facilitating discussions for groups of 10 or more individuals from all levels of the organization, in person or remotely

Pega Senior System Architect/Technical Lead (GCM5)

1. Minimum 7-10 Years of Pega experience with PEGA CSSA certification, minimum 2-year 8.x implementation experience
2. Certification on Pega Decisioning & Marketing would be an added advantage
3. Responsible for designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
4. Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables of the project/ team and drive small teams technically
5. Ability to manage ECS Layers on Pega and maintain reuse, inheritance & specialization
6. Ability to design and develop Pega standard compliant application/ module
7. Experience in designing and implementation on Pega APIs and Integrations
8. Knowledge and experience on Pega Unit test automation
9. Experience on Next Best Action design techniques
10. Experience on Pega frameworks Customer service, Pega marketing) is desirable
11. Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon solid, hands-on development experience with Pega software.
12. Ability to translate complex business requirement into techno-functional requirements using Pegasystems tools.
13. Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles

Pega Skills Needed

• Must have working knowledge on Performance Tuning ( PAL, Log Analyzer , DB Tracer/ Preflight)
• Should have working knowledge on Data Model (Data Tables, Data Pages , Advanced properties options, linked properties )
• Should have knowledge on Case Management ( Case Designer to create a case types, sub cases, add process to case, Covers and Folders )
• Should have knowledge on Push & Pull routing, skill based routing
• Should clear with key concepts and tools of the Designer Studio
• Must have knowledge on Pega-RULES Agents like System Indexer, System Pulse
• Reporting with expertise in BIX (Business Intelligence Exchange) is preferable

Pega Senior System Architect/Sr. Developer (GCM4)

1. Minimum 5-6 Years of Pega experience with PEGA CSSA certification and min 1year Pega 8.x implementation experience
2. Responsible for designing business applications using Pega PRPC and other Pega frameworks.
3. Ability to take ownership of technical deliverables of the project/ team and drive small teams technically
4. Ability to design and develop Pega standard compliant application/ module
5. Good Understanding and implementation experience on Pega APIs and Integrations
6. Knowledge and experience on Pega Unit test automation
7. Experience on SOAP UI, Postman, Swagger (API Testing Frameworks)
8. Experience on Pega frameworks Customer service, Pega marketing) is desirable
9. Good knowledge of Web services, Connect SOAP, MQ and other interface protocols.
10. Working experience within PEGA to integrate to external system using Connect and Service rules
11. Demonstrate strong analytical and communications skills as well as draw upon solid, hands-on development experience with Pega software.

4. Ability to design and develop Pega standard compliant application/ module
5. Knowledge and experience on Pega Unit testing (automation preferred), API Testing
6. Experience on SOAP UI, Postman, Swagger (API Testing Frameworks)
7. Strong Pega Development experience.
8. Good working experience in Agile methodologies.
9. Knowledge of Pega System & Integration Testing, test scripting 
10. Experience on Pega frameworks Customer service, Pega marketing) preferred
11. Having knowledge on Pega Customer Service, Marketing (Decisioning) NBA, NBO scenario testing is an advantage
