Jr.BIM Engineer

We invite you to bring your strong knowledge of AutoCAD / Revit into all Discipline. This position involves working on a variety of International MEP BIM, Revit & CAD Design Development projects for Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Health-care, Retail & Institutional Sectors. To succeed in this role you must have proven experience in BIM environment.

Role and responsibilities :

l Develop BIM models for Structural (Including Steel Structure & Rebar modeling) and Architectural discipiline.

l Preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing.

l Able to produce quantity schedules with all required attributes from Revit.

l Prepare the detailed design drawings with accuracy, neatness and speed, maintaining high quality and uniform standards.

l Create parametric and Non-parametric families.

l Managing submissions and ensure proper QA/ QC protocols are implemented.

l Follow and implement the BIM standards and establish the BIM project workflow as per checklist.

l Report regularly to BIM Lead / BIM Coordinator on the progress of work.

Qualifications:

l Diploma / Degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.

l Certified course in BIM softwares.

Required Skills:

l Understanding of Design Specifications & Construction Documentation.

l Proficient in Revit , AutoCad & MS Office.

l Knowledge of Navisworks or other parametric tools, would be an added advantage.

l Should have flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines and can be relied on to meet deadlines.

Salary:

2,00,000 to 2,50,000
