Job Overview
We are urgently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager (Junior) for one of our client.
This is a senior-level position with a required experience of 8 to 12 years.
The job is based in Mumbai and the employment type is full time.
Job Description
1.Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to established service management processes, including incident, problem, change, and service request management, contributing to efficient service delivery.
2.Documentation Management
Assist in creating and updating documentation, including standard open procedures (S0Ps ), manuals, and knowledge base articles, to support effective issue resolution and knowledge sharing within the team.
3. Process Improvement Support
Collaborate with senior managers to identify opportunities for process improvement, contributing ideas and assisting in implementing enhancements to streamline world lows.
4. Quality Assurance: Support quality assurance efforts by monitoring service delivery against defined metrics and standards, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting corrective actions.
5. Training and Development: Engage in training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to enhance understanding of service management processes, ensuring continuous skill development and improved team efficiency.
