We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Consultant to join our client's team. As an OPA Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Policy Automation solutions for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain rules and policies using Oracle Policy Automation (OPA).

Integrate OPA with external systems to ensure a seamless data flow and consistent rule application across platforms.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and gather requirements for the Benefits and Eligibility Systems.

Create and execute test cases, validating that policy rules produce the expected outcomes.

Document rule logic, decision points, and flowcharts to ensure clarity of rule processing.

Train internal teams on OPA functionalities and support them during the rollout phase.

Monitor and analyze the performance of OPA policies, recommending changes or updates as necessary.

Keep up-to-date with the latest OPA features, ensuring that the organization leverages all capabilities to their fullest potential.

Qualifications:

Experience with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA), including rule modeling, deployment, and integration.

Familiarity with US Benefits and Eligibility Systems.

Strong understanding of Web Services (SOAP/REST).

Experience with databases and SQL.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
