1.Coordinating and conducting Management Review Meeting as per planand follow up.2.Planning, organizing and conducting Internal System Auditsperiodically.3.Assuring the process conformance to the QMS / IMS per established,implemented and maintained.4.Ensuring the promotion of awareness of Customer Requirements, ISO9001:2015 - QMS, IATF 16949:2016 - QMS, ISO 14001:2015 - EMS and ISO45001:2018 - OHSMS requirements throughout the Organization.5.Assurance of applicability in Quality &amp; EOHS Policies, Manual,Procedures, AIHIRA Study and Objectives by periodical continual improvement.6.Accompany with Certification Body auditors during ISO 9001 / IATF16949 / ISO 14001 - EMS / ISO 45001 - OHSMS7.Appropriate liaison with certification body and other externalcertification bodies / consultants / customers.8.Responsible for conducting pre-audit with customer auditquestionnaire to ensure readiness &amp; coordination with customers to conduct the audit successfully.9.Preparing and closing the action request raised by Certificationand External body / Customers - NC's objective evidences with the coordination of team for NC's clearance by auditors to get certificate.10.Internal and External NC's corrective action review, closure andeffectiveness monitoring.11.&nbsp;Assist operating units with development &amp; implementation ofcorrective action plans to improve quality objectives.12.Coordination with all process owners for updating and effectiveimplementation of Customer specific requirements and IATF / EMS / OHSMS13.Identifying the training needs with respect to Quality / Integratedsystem and organizing / conducting the trainings for the personnel involved in PQCD.14.Evaluate business goals, identify improvement opportunities andapply scientific methods, statistical and problem solving techniques to improve and sustain product quality and process effectiveness, Projects using 7QC Tools / Kaizen / QCC / 5S.the voice of customer
