- Should have IT Recruiter experience ( C2H)
- Should have experience of IT Recruiter
- Client Handling Ability
- Good communication
- Should be able to generate Strong team performance and pro-active attitude
- Strong Sourcing techniques
- Should have good Oral and written communication skills
- Should have hands-on experience in handling IT Recruitment Permanent & Contract positions
- Strong in using leading job portals Naukri & Monster
- Strong Working experience on LinkedIn
- Ability to effectively use tools like LinkedIn, Insta hyre,Stack overflow, or any relevant sourcing media to identify high-quality engineering talent
- Strong in Searching Techniques / Sending Mass Mails / Job Postings etc.
- Able to understand Tech Skills Sets in Niche & Super Niche
- Strong willingness to build career in Recruitment area
- Result oriented and ability to build strong professional relationship
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Strong team player and pro-active
Preferred Skillset:
- Proven working experience in recruitment
- Deep understanding of recruitment process
- Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
- Must have Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
