Job Overview

We are hiring a Captain for Rural Blues The Restobar, a unique and contemporary restaurant in Bangalore. As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Captain or in a similar role
• Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication skills to interact with customers and staff
• Proven track record in team management and coordination

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of waitstaff and ensure smooth operations in the restaurant
• Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or requests
• Take orders from customers and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of orders
• Train new staff members on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Monitor inventory levels and submit orders for supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe dining experience
