We are seeking a Collection Executive to join our team in Greater Noida on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will work to ensure timely collection of payments, maintaining good client relations, and assisting in optimizing the company's financial performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and execute collections strategies to ensure timely payment of overdue accounts.
• Communicate with clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and terms with customers to resolve payment delays efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activity and client communication for internal audits.
• Provide regular updates on collection status and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
