The Home Loan Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, providing detailed information about our home loan products, and guiding clients through the application process. They will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels
- Educate clients about our home loan products and their features
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable home loan product for their needs
- Guide clients through the application process, including completing necessary paperwork and submitting required documents
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
- Maintain regular contact with clients to provide updates on their loan applications
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the sales team
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience in home loan sales or a similar role
- Sound knowledge of the home loan market and current lending regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred)
