Handle Reception, Incoming &amp; Outgoing Phone Calls. Inward &amp; Outward Register, Attendance Register. Handling all appointments of company. Coordinating with staff &amp; owner. Setting up issuing receiving Maintaining confidentiality of the office information Printing photocopying filling and scanning Filing all documents and all office work. Maintaining Petty Cash. To check and pass all the expenses. Updating &amp; maintain the absence records of staff. Management of Incoming &amp; Outgoing courier. Manage office logistics including Dispatch, Stationery &amp; Functions. Guest Relations Administration, Vendors, Bill Checking, MISC work.&nbsp;Ticket booking
