We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Fresher – IT Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales Team. This opportunity is perfect for MBA graduates and other eligible candidates eager to begin their career in IT and tech sales. This is a 6-month stipend-based internship, offering hands-on experience in international sales processes. Please note that this role requires working in rotational night shifts, and candidates must be available for a full-time position post-internship. Excellent English communication skills are a must to engage effectively with international clients.


Position: Fresher – IT Sales Executive (Internship + Job Offer)

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Shift: Rotational Night Shifts (mandatory)

Internship Duration: 6 Months (Stipend-based)

Post-Internship: Full-Time Employment Opportunity (based on performance)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and follow up on assigned leads
  • Conduct cold calling and regular client follow-ups
  • Deliver product demonstrations to international clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions
  • Track sales activity and maintain performance reports
  • Relay client feedback to the sales/product teams


Eligibility Criteria:

Preferred Educational Background:

Candidates with relevant certifications in IT Sales, Digital Marketing, or related domains will be prioritized.

Degrees:

  • Technology & Computer Science: BCA, B.Tech (CSE), MCA
  • Management: BBA, MBA


Skills & Traits:

  • Strong interest in IT services and technology
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication – mandatory
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working in rotational night shifts
  • Basic knowledge of sales & customer service
  • Team player with the ability to work independently
