About the Role:

The Human Resource Executive (HRE) plays a vital role in supporting the organization through the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programmes that provides an employee-oriented, high performance culture. The HRE is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.


Some key responsibilities, although not exhaustive, include :

a) Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.

b) Coordinate and manage the orientation of new employees, process probationary reviews, employee evaluations and terminations.

c) Assist in administering a wide range of HR matters in areas such as manpower planning and recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.

d) Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.

e) Process and follow up appointments, reassignments, promotions and other HR decisions which generate personnel administration actions in a timely and thorough way, being sensitive to the human dimensions involved and tailoring actions accordingly.

f) Advise staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed.


Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies:

a) Degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent.

b) At least 2+ years and above of related working experience in human resource administration supporting organization with large staff population is essential.

Core Competencies:

a) Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.

b) Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.


Exp: 2+ Years

Salary: 20 - 25K (Salary for the right candidate is not a constraint).

5 days a week working.

Location - Goregaon West (Western suburbs candidates are most welcome).
