About the Role:The Human Resource Executive (HRE) plays a vital role in supporting the organization through the development and implementation of human resources strategies and programmes that provides an employee-oriented, high performance culture. The HRE is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
