The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in jewellery sales, possess excellent communication skills, have in-depth product knowledge, and is adept at handling customers with utmost professionalism.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote and sell our collection of gold and silver jewellery to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Maintain a deep understanding of our product range and educate customers about the features and benefits
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations
• Achieve and exceed sales targets regularly
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products
