About the Role

We are hiring a Zonal Finance Manager to oversee financial operations across multiple branches(K12 Techno Services). The role involves managing accounting processes, ensuring collection reconciliation, handling vendor payments, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Role Overview

The candidate will be responsible for supervising branch accountants, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and streamlining processes across locations. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Branch Accounting Oversight

• Manage accounting operations across multiple branches
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions

Collection Reconciliation

• Oversee daily collections and ensure proper reconciliation
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in cash handling

Vendor Payments

• Handle vendor payment cycles end-to-end
• Review invoices and ensure timely disbursement

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Payments teams
• Support decision-making through financial insights

Team Management

• Supervise and guide branch accountants
• Conduct performance reviews and training

Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance
• Maintain adherence to company policies and regulations

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced formulas is a must)
• Strong knowledge of accounting processes and reconciliation
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
