Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Mumbai / Chennai
Salary: ₹35–45 LPA
Experience: 10–18 years | B2C background preferred
Role Summary
Lead business growth, admissions, revenue, and operations for 3–8 schools in your zone. Drive performance through strong team leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own zone-level admissions & revenue targets
- Manage end-to-end school operations (3–8 schools)
- Ensure SOP compliance and academic-support processes
- Lead & mentor Principals and Ops teams
- Drive student retention, parent satisfaction & hiring support
Who Should Apply
Candidates with strong B2C multi-location leadership experience from:
- EdTech / Telecom / E-Commerce / Education
- Large-scale B2C service industries
Requirements
- 10–18 years experience
- Multi-branch or multi-city management
- Revenue ownership & people leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- 6-day workweek (alternate Saturdays off)
