Location: First 6 months – Corporate Office, Bangalore (Yeshwanthpur)

Post-training – Assigned to any K12 location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore, Tamil Nadu districts, etc.

Experience: 1–5 years (preferably in academic hiring)

CTC: ₹30,000–₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Openings: 20+ (PAN India)

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its Talent Acquisition team across metro cities. We’re looking for committed recruiters who understand academic hiring and can independently manage sourcing, screening, and coordination.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

• End-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles
• (teachers, principals, coordinators, operations staff)
• Source through Naukri, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases
• Coordinate assessments, interviews, feedback, offer roll-outs, and joining
• Support bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and high-volume campaigns
• Maintain trackers and hiring reports
• Liaise with school heads and HR teams

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–5 years of recruitment experience (preferably in the education sector)
• Must have handled academic hiring
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end hiring process
• Good command over English + the local language (based on location):
• Kannada (Bangalore), Tamil (Chennai), Telugu (Hyderabad), Marathi/Hindi (Mumbai, Pune), Bengali (Kolkata)
• Good communication, coordination, and Excel skills
• Stable, responsible, and open to relocation after 6 months

🏢 Important Notes

• First 6 months of training will be based out of the Bangalore Corporate Office
• Post training, candidates will be deployed to branches across India (as per business needs)
• This is a full-time on-site role — not remote/hybrid
