We are seeking a highly proactive and strategic SEO Manager to lead the organic growth efforts at Quest for Tech. This role requires a dynamic professional who not only lives and breathes SEO but also thrives in client communication, team coordination, and cross-platform implementation.

You’ll work closely with our clients, content creators, web developers, and digital marketers to craft and execute powerful SEO strategies that deliver measurable results.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Client & Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary SEO point of contact for multiple clients
• Lead regular reporting, performance reviews, and strategy discussions
• Translate SEO insights into clear actionables for non-technical stakeholders

🔹 Team Leadership & Coordination

• Align with on-page, off-page, and design teams to ensure seamless execution
• Manage deliverables and timelines across cross-functional, distributed teams
• Oversee SEO roadmap, task delegation, and performance tracking

🔹 Technical SEO Mastery

• Conduct advanced audits using SEMRush, Ubersuggest, GA4, GSC, GTM, Clarity, and GMB
• Optimize website structures for crawlability, indexing, speed, and UX
• Stay on top of algorithm changes and industry shifts

🔹 Content & Keyword Strategy

• Lead keyword research, topic clustering, and content calendar planning
• Perform competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
• Align content with on-page best practices and strategic business goals

🔹 Platform Expertise

• Work hands-on with Shopify, WordPress, and Wix
• Troubleshoot issues and implement SEO changes across CMS platforms

🔹 Knowledge Add-ons

• Solid understanding of GEO targeting and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)
• Familiarity with schema markup, local SEO, and international SEO frameworks
