🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

🔹 Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo solutions across versions 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and the latest.

🔹 Extend and enhance core Odoo modules – Sales, Accounting, CRM, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, Payroll, POS, E-commerce, and more.

🔹 Design and implement complex business workflows, automations, and integrations.

🔹 Optimize Odoo database performance, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

🔹 Develop and manage multi-company and multi-currency ERP implementations.

🔹 Create custom Odoo modules using Python, ORM, PostgreSQL and integrate with REST API / XML-RPC API.

🔹 Deploy and manage Odoo instances on Linux/Ubuntu servers & cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean).

🔹 Utilize Docker & containerized Odoo environments for seamless deployments.

🔹 Lead & mentor developers, ensuring best practices, high-quality code, and project execution.

🔹 Collaborate directly with clients, gathering requirements and providing technical consultation.

🔹 Take full ownership of projects, from planning to execution, risk mitigation, and on-time delivery.

🛠 What You Need to Succeed

✅ 6+ years of hands-on Odoo development experience.

✅ Proven team leadership & client management experience.

✅ Expertise in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, and Odoo MVC architecture.

✅ Strong experience in Odoo module development, customization & migration.

✅ Proficiency in JavaScript, Odoo Web Client (OWL), jQuery, XML, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.

✅ Strong API development skills (Odoo REST API & XML-RPC API).

✅ Experience in multi-company and multi-currency ERP implementations.

✅ Expertise in performance optimization, database tuning & caching mechanisms.

✅ Experience in CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes & cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean).

✅ Strong debugging & troubleshooting skills for Odoo framework & business logic.

🌟 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

💡 Experience with Odoo Studio & low-code customizations.

💡 Knowledge of GraphQL for Odoo.

💡 Contributions to Odoo Community Modules.
