Job Description – Senior Financial Accountant Manager

Work Experience:

●    3-7 Years work experience and should be from Hyderabad only

●    Minimum Tenure at current & past Jobs of 1.5 Years

●    Should be from Top 25 companies (Pharmaceutical, Real Estate, FMCG) and

●    Hands on experience in Tax filling etc.,

Education Qualifications:  

●    CA related Certifications are Mandatory 

●    Candidates should hold Bachelors / Master’s from Top 100 Institutions (NIRF)

Roles, Tasks and Goals:

·      Maintaining proper accounting records

·      Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures

·      Liaising with clients, business partners, auditors and vendors,

·      Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

·      Ensuring complete compliance with the state authorities

·      Investigating and rectifying any financial discrepancies

·      Conducting internal and external audits

·      Analyzing the company’s financial systems and procedures

·      Preparing and forecasting budget reports

·      Preventing or suggesting ways to stop any fraudulent activities

·      Negotiating monetary terms with vendors

·      Ensure timely bank payments

·      Compute taxes and prepare tax returns

·      Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

·      Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity

·      Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary

·      Comply with financial policies and regulations

Work Location: Hyderabad
