We need a Science HOD who can lead the academic direction, mentor teachers, and ensure high standards across Grades 1–10.

This role is for someone who loves science and loves leading people.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🧭 Department Leadership — guiding and supporting all Science educators

📘 Curriculum Planning — ensuring syllabus coverage, clarity, and consistency

🎯 Training & Mentoring — coaching teachers on pedagogy, planning, and delivery

📊 Quality Assurance — monitoring lessons, assessments, and student outcomes

🧪 Program Development — creating science activities, labs, demos & events

💬 Parent & Stakeholder Communication

📝 Overseeing academic data, results, and progress reports

Who You Are:

✔ Post graduate with strong academic background in any science discipline

✔ Minimum 3–5 years teaching experience + leadership exposure

✔ Excellent communication, planning, and people management skills

✔ Someone who can inspire teachers and elevate the department
