📜 Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in EEE, EV, Renewables, or related technical fields preferred.
  • Experience: 3-6 years in sales, with experience in solar or EV solutions. Background in technical products and client-facing roles is essential.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada is mandatory for effective client communication.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of solar PV systems, EV charging solutions (AC & DC), and renewable energy trends.
  • Other Requirements: Must own a vehicle, possess a valid driving license, and be open to relocating to Bangalore if required.


🎯 Your Role

As a Renewable Energy Sales Specialist, you will lead sales initiatives for both EV charging infrastructure and solar energy systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage non-residential clients, promoting solar and EV solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage lead generation, validation, and client follow-ups to build long-term relationships.
  • Field Sales: Conduct site visits to assess client requirements, provide technical and commercial solutions, and close deals.
  • Proposal & Documentation: Create persuasive proposals, contracts, and presentations to support the sales process.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to align sales activities with business objectives and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Comprehensive Solutions: Offer end-to-end sales services, covering both solar and EV portfolios.

  • Experience: Proven expertise in renewable energy sales, with a focus on solar or EV solutions. Experience with CRM tools like Zoho CRM is a plus.

  • Personality: Assertive, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple clients.
