• Professor: Minimum 8 years total teaching experience, including 3 years as Associate Professor
• Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years total teaching experience after post-graduation

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Deliver lectures and tutorials for MBBS students as per NMC guidelines

✔ Supervise and assess clinical postings, radiology demonstrations, and student learning

✔ Guide students in research projects, seminars, and academic presentations

✔ Participate in and lead departmental academic activities, radiology rounds, and journal clubs

✔ Contribute to curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment methods

✔ Provide clinical expertise in interpreting diagnostic imaging (X-rays, USG, CT, MRI, etc.)

✔ Supervise and support residents and junior faculty in clinical and teaching roles

✔ Ensure adherence to ethical radiology practices, patient safety, and reporting protocols

✔ Contribute to hospital-based and community radiology services

✔ Maintain compliance with NMC, NABH, and institutional standards
