About the Role

Epoch Media Group is looking for a Mid-Level Product Designer to support core product experiences across Web and App.

This role is ideal for a designer who enjoys working end-to-end—from understanding product requirements to shipping polished, production-ready designs. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and fellow Designers to build thoughtful, user-centered solutions that balance usability, business goals, and technical constraints.

What You’ll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for Web and App products (UX + UI)
• Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers throughout discovery, design, and delivery
• Apply UX best practices to improve usability, clarity, and engagement
• Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and design reviews
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights
• Support implementation with clear specs, annotations, and QA
• Contribute to experimentation, iteration, and continuous product improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of Product / UX Design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma (layouts, components, prototyping)
• Experience designing and shipping Web and/or Mobile products
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and hierarchy
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with PMs and Engineers
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Nice to Have

• Experience across both Web and Mobile products
• Exposure to user research or usability testing
• Basic understanding of front-end constraints
• Familiarity with analytics, experimentation, or A/B testing
