💡 Your Core Mission (What You’ll Be Rocking Daily)

• Own the Classroom: Lead a single-grade classroom (or defined primary range) and become the anchor for your learners’ early academic journey.
• Teach the Whole Child: Design and deliver a multidisciplinary curriculum blending literacy, numeracy, EVS, and life skills—aligned with developmental milestones.
• Create a Feel-Good Space: Build a classroom culture that’s emotionally safe, curiosity-driven, inclusive, and buzzing with collaboration.
• Spot Early, Support Early: Identify learning differences and behavioral needs early, and work closely with parents and specialists to support every child.
• Learn Through Play: Use hands-on activities, projects, stories, and play-based strategies to gently move students from concrete to abstract thinking.

To ensure clarity and alignment from the start, we’d like to share a few essential aspects of how we work at Sakha:

• On-Site & Offline Role: This position requires you to work in person. Our teaching and collaboration happen offline to ensure meaningful educator–student engagement.
• Working Hours: Our general working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, aligned with student learning schedules.
