Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assess patients and develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans

✔ Provide manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and electrotherapy

✔ Work with patients recovering from surgery, injury, stroke, neurological and orthopedic conditions

✔ Maintain accurate treatment documentation and progress reports

✔ Educate patients and caregivers about rehabilitation techniques and home exercises

✔ Collaborate with medical and nursing teams for holistic recovery planning

✔ Assist in ICU and ward-based physiotherapy care, including bedside interventions

✔ Participate in case discussions, rounds, and multidisciplinary planning meetings

✔ Ensure adherence to infection control, patient safety, and equipment handling protocols

✔ Be willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per departmental needs
