Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Physics Teacher who can deliver strong conceptual understanding and practical knowledge in science. The ideal candidate will make physics engaging, relatable, and application-oriented for students.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum Delivery & Classroom Management

• Deliver Physics lessons in a structured and concept-driven manner
• Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom environment

Concept Building & Practical Application

• Teach core Physics concepts with real-life applications and examples
• Conduct experiments and demonstrations to enhance understanding

Assessment & Academic Excellence

• Design and conduct assessments, tests, and practical evaluations
• Provide detailed feedback to support student improvement

Collaboration & School Participation

• Collaborate with faculty for curriculum planning and academic initiatives
• Participate in school events, academic programs, and parent-teacher meetings

Key Requirements

• B.Ed (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or relevant field
• Minimum 6 years of teaching experience
• Strong subject knowledge and conceptual clarity
• Effective communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to integrate practical learning with theory

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with prior experience in handling higher grades preferred
• Candidates residing in or near Tumkur preferred
• Willingness to relocate (decent accommodation will be provided)
