🩺 Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe and edit doctor-dictated medical reports, including:
• Discharge summaries
• Operative notes
• Clinical progress notes
• Diagnostic imaging reports
• Consultation reports
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness in all patient documentation.
• Interpret complex medical terminology, abbreviations, and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security of patient records.
• Proofread and format transcriptions to align with hospital documentation protocols.
• Work closely with physicians and nursing staff to resolve inconsistencies or unclear dictations.
• Adhere to turnaround times and transcription quality standards.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent English listening and typing skills (40–60 wpm with high accuracy)
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, pharmacology, and healthcare workflow
• Familiarity with speech recognition software (e.g., Dragon, M*Modal) is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to work in high-volume documentation environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical documentation team
