About the Role:
Refining Skills Academy is hiring a full-time Mathematics Educator with a strong academic foundation to mentor students in Grades 6 to 10. The ideal candidate is passionate about concept clarity, logical thinking, and helping students develop confidence in math.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging math classes aligned with ICSE/CBSE/IGCSE syllabi
- Reinforce core concepts, problem-solving, and mental math
- Identify and address individual student learning gaps
- Conduct regular assessments and prepare student progress reports
- Provide individual support for struggling learners
- Coordinate with curriculum leads to enhance lesson delivery
Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Mathematics (Mandatory)
- Strong subject knowledge and command over middle and high school topics
- Proficient in English; knowledge of Kannada is a plus
- Comfortable working in a structured, child-first environment
